In its bid to make government transactions easier and deliver public service more efficiently, Governor Joet Garcia, representing the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB), signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Adera Global Smart Tech PTE Ltd, a Singaporean company known in the ASEAN Region in secured data handling, at the New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac today, November 24.
This MOU is in support of Provincial Resolution no. 434 which adopts digital/online platforms for government disbursement and collections in Bataan, further encouraging local Micro, Small, and Medium Entrepreneurs in Bataan to also accept digital/online payments, Gov. Joet also recently launched Paleng-QR in partnership with PayMaya for local market vendors and store owners initiated in the municipality of Samal.
